Full-bodied with a dark chocolate mid-palate, sweet finish and nice acidity...our reflective take on a classic Northern Italian roast profile. Maximum of three unique origins in the blend and all will be roasted individually and most likely to different levels, so expect some color variation.

Don't be too surprised if your name appears on the label...my cello world is vast indeed!  Barista favorite for lattes and capps. Suggested doppio dosing 18 grams at 40 lb. tamp, 200 degrees and 25-6 second pull.
