Our darkest roast on the menu, comprising single origins that still have some character and blend harmoniously.  While definitely not as charcoal-y dark and oily as some commercial coffees, some droplets might appear on the surface. This comes about when roasts hit or exceed the "second crack stage" at the end of cooking cycle.
