Together with my pal and assistant roaster Dr. G we came up this limited edition espresso, named in his honor.  Sadly Gary passed in 2024 but his legendary presence in my life ensures that "his" coffee will be forever on the menu.

All of the components are roasted separately and assessed based on their own sensory merits as well as in combo. One of the benefits of having so many origin options and roast profiles is the endless possible combinations!
 User-friendly medium roast profile yielding nice fruit, chocolate and florals, complex finish and sweet residual notes. Also a tasty drip method alternative.
