This exceptional microlot from Finca La Suiza is entirely produced by women outside of the small town, Palestina, in the State of Caldas, in a very prominent coffee-growing region. Varietals represented are Castillo and Colombia and the farm's elevation is about 1600 meters. The production of hand-picked cherry involves water-saving , manual ecopulping and sun-drying the green.
