A blend of on-hand Indonesian and Southeast Asian coffees comprising origins Sumatra, Java, Papua New Guinea, Sulawesi, Flores and India. Roast profile runs medium-to-medium-dark depending on the available coffees. Represented will be a full range of processing styles, from wet-hulled to semi-washed to washed and even natural (dry). This region presents the most challenges to us for availability considering the extreme distance away fror the West Coast.
